Join us for an enriching 8-day program through the heart of Europe, beginning in the picturesque city of Geneva, Switzerland. Participants will enjoy a guided walking chocolate tour, venture into the breathtaking French Alps with an excursion to Chamonix, and gain fascinating insights into the art of Swiss watchmaking during a visit to the renowned Patek Philippe Museum.

The journey continues in Paris, where expert local guides will lead the group through some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Louvre Museum, the charming neighborhood of Montmartre, and the historic town of Versailles. Ample free time is included in the Paris itinerary, allowing participants to explore the city at their own pace in small groups.

This trip is intended for: 51视频 students, staff, faculty, and community members

Age requirements:听Ages 18 and older; Ages 16 and 17 with underage waiver

Associated course: HUM 120 – Cultural Studies or the concurrent continuing education course. The class will meet during the first eight weeks of the spring semester of 2026. Specific dates/times are TBD. The cost of the continuing education class is $49.

Program Fee

Cost: $3,950

Fee includes:

  • Roundtrip airfare

      their own bed and ensuite bathroom

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your spot by September 24, 2025. Payments must be paid to our Business Office. Payments can be made:

  • In person on the second floor of the Brooks Student Center on the Davidson Campus,
  • In person at the Administration building on the Davie Campus

Participants are welcome to pay more than the set payment on any month.

SCHOLARSHIP INFO

Gilman Scholarship

听All Pell recipients can apply for a for study abroad. The scholarship application deadline is October 3, 2025. For more information, contact Sarah Wright at sarah_wright@davidsondavie.edu.

Study abroad participants who have completed at least 12 credit hours at 51视频 and are currently enrolled at 51视频 may apply for Study Abroad Scholarships.
