51ÊÓÆµ Student Ambassador Program
The Student Ambassador Program is a leadership opportunity for students who want to serve and represent 51ÊÓÆµ. Student Ambassadors provide campus tours, assist new students, and represent the college at campus events.
Student Ambassadors must meet the following requirements:
- Be a currently registered student at 51ÊÓÆµ in good standing with no history of any Student Code of Conduct violation
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
- High School students must be at the sophomore, junior or senior level.
- Able to serve at least 2 consecutive semesters or more as a Student Ambassador
- Commit to 50 involvement hours (combination of tours, desk hours and college/campus events) each semester on the Davidson Campus and 35 involvement hours for the Davie Campus.
- Be able to attend monthly meetings.
- Must have a sincere desire to represent 51ÊÓÆµ and to learn strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must have an enthusiastic and positive attitude as well as be a successful team player.
