How to View and Accept Your Financial Aid

View Your Financial Aid Offer

You will receive an email at your 51视频 account once your Financial Aid Offer is complete.聽 You may view your financial aid by following these instructions:

  1. Log into and select Financial Aid
  2. Select the appropriate academic year

Your Financial Aid Offer is based upon the assumption you will be enrolled full-time (12 or more credits in a semester).聽 If you plan on enrolling part-time, your financial aid will be adjusted to reflect your enrollment shortly after the beginning of each eight or sixteen-week term. Some forms of financial aid do require minimum levels of enrollment, such as half-time (6 credits) for Federal Direct Loans, in order to be eligible. Please contact the Office of Financial Aid if you have any questions.

Accept Your Financial Aid

It is not necessary to accept any grants or scholarships awarded to you.聽 They will be automatically applied toward your college charges.聽 If you鈥檝e been offered Federal Work-Study, it is also not necessary to accept the award in StormTrac.聽 Instead, visit the Student Employment website for information on how to look and apply for Federal Work-Study positions.

If you are interested in borrowing a Federal Direct Loan, please follow the instructions below:

Federal Direct Loans聽for students borrowing a Federal Direct Loan for the first time

  1. Complete
    • Sign in with the same username and password you use to complete the FAFSA
  2. Complete a
    • Sign in with the same FSA ID you used to complete the FAFSA
  3. Accept your student loan in StormTrac
    • Log into and select Financial Aid
    • Select the appropriate academic year
    • Accept, modify, or decline your loans by clicking on the link to “Review and accept your Financial Aid Award Package”

Federal Direct Loans聽for students who have previously borrowed a Federal Direct Loan at 51视频 or another college

  1. Complete the
    1. Sign in with the same FSA ID you used to complete the FAFSA
  1. Log into and select Financial Aid
  • Select the appropriate academic year
  • Accept, modify, or decline your loans by clicking on the link to “Review and accept your Financial Aid Award Package”

Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan

  • Complete the PLUS Loan Application
  • Complete a
    • Sign in with the same FSA ID you used to complete the FAFSA
