April 10, 2023 鈥� Two job fairs in the coming weeks will feature close to 70 companies ready to hire new workers, and 51视频 is inviting members of the public to participate if they are looking for work.
The first job fair will be held in the courtyard of the Davidson Campus (297 DCC Road, Thomasville) on April 12 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. The second will be in the parking lot of the Community Building on the Davie Campus (1205 Salisbury Road, Mocksville) on April 20 during the same hours.
鈥淭he huge number of employers participating in this year鈥檚 job fair is just proof that there鈥檚 never been a better time to find a job,鈥� said Keisha Jones, dean of student engagement and completion at the college. 鈥淎s always, we are working hard at the college to connect our students and graduates to meaningful careers, and we hope the community will join us at this year鈥檚 job fairs as well.鈥�
Employers come from a wide variety of industries. Prospective employees are encouraged to bring their resumes and their questions as they discover professional opportunities for a successful and satisfying future.
