September 27 –聽 Brinkley Gym will be reverberating once again with the energy of STORM Basketball as the 鈥淏rinkley Bash鈥� heralds the start of the 2022-23 season. The 5:00 p.m. event on Sunday, October 2 is free and open to the public.
Current and former players, families, and STORM supporters are expected to attend. Community members may want to arrive by 4:30 to find a seat. The schedule for the Bash includes a ring ceremony for last year鈥檚 Final Four team, a scrimmage, and dunk and 3-point contests.
STORM men鈥檚 basketball is coming off a second season in which it finished as NJCAA National Runner-Up following the national tournament in Danville, IL. Over the last 15 years, the STORM has posted a 396-80 overall record, including 226 wins at home and nine All-American players.
